That depends on how many rentals we have that weekend. Generally we arrive on Thursday. If we have a lot of rentals that weekend, we may need to set up in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Thursday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location. You are never charged for anything more than rental time even if we elect to setup early.
No. The jump should be clean when you get it. Hurricane Inflatables cleans and disinfects after every rental.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash. If paying by credit or debit card we do charge a 3% surcharge.

Yes all orders require a Credit Card deposit which is a percentage of your total order . The deposit is non-refundable, but will carry over in form of a raincheck for future rentals as long as rental is canceled within 24 hours of unit being loaded for delivery.
Most of our jumps (all of our character jumps for example) are 15’x15′ which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can’t rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup
Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least a 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can’t set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.

Terms of Lease
In addition to the terms below and the operation guidelines on each rented item, the Lessee (customer) agrees to supervise the operation of any rented item and further agrees that if the item is damaged, they will reimburse Hurricane Inflatables for the full price to repair the damage and/or the full replacement value. By signing, Lessee acknowledges having read and agreed to these terms and had all questions answered.
Delivery / Operation / Payments
Delivery will be to the address specified by Lessee. Lessee grants Hurricane Inflatables staff access to the property for delivery and pickup at approximate times. All payments are due at delivery unless otherwise arranged. No refunds after delivery.
For inflatables, Lessee provides one 115V/20A outlet per blower within 50 ft (no daisy-chaining cords). If pressure drops or the blower stops, clear users immediately and check ties, outlet/circuit, and breakers. A $20 service fee applies for power-related calls.
General Safety
Additional Safety Rules
Please keep inflatables inflated during the rental period unless weather conditions require shutdown. A $75 cleaning/drying fee may apply if units are returned excessively wet/muddy.
Additional Terms
Absolutely no silly string, confetti, food dyes, or similar substances in or around units; these cause permanent damage. Lessee will be responsible for full replacement cost or a minimum $75 cleaning fee if not permanently damaged. Equipment is for Lessee’s use only and may not be sub-let or transferred. Lessee is responsible for loss due to fire/theft.
Weather & Cancellation
Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled subject to availability. High winds or unsafe conditions require shutdown. Deposits are non-refundable once equipment has been delivered.
Delivery Windows & Early/Late Fees
Standard delivery/pickup occurs within the communicated windows. Selecting an early or late window may incur an additional fee, which will be shown during checkout when choosing times.
Payment & Card Authorization
Lessee authorizes Hurricane Inflatables to charge the card on file for unpaid balances, damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, or overtime/after-hours fees per this agreement.
Hold Harmless
Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold Hurricane Inflatables harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from the manufacture, selection, delivery, possession, use, operation, or return of equipment. Hurricane Inflatables is not liable for injuries due to misuse, acts of God/nature, or conditions beyond its control.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Equipment is provided “as is” without warranty, express or implied. If defects arise, cease use and contact Hurricane Inflatables. Use is at Lessee’s risk.
Breach / Remedies / Governing Law
In case of breach, Hurricane Inflatables may terminate this agreement, retake equipment, declare charges due, and seek remedies at law. This agreement is governed by the laws of Tennessee (update if different); venue lies in the company’s county.
